About Swift, in development
Nobody should skip the clinic
because of the cost.
Swift is building the infrastructure for affordable, technology- driven health insurance in Nigeria, and for the diaspora sponsoring family back home through our sibling brand, Kin. We're pre-launch, NHIA-accredited, and assembling the provider network for our first Lagos pilot.
Our mission
To make health insurance as simple as topping up your phone, and the care behind it something every Nigerian family can rely on.
This company exists because too many Nigerian families delay treatment over cost, and some pay for that delay. The product is built around that one failure: real cover, paid monthly, so the question "can we afford to take her to the clinic" stops being a question.
Pre-launch, in earnest
We're not live yet. NHIA accreditation is secured, provider partnerships are being negotiated, and the first Lagos pilot is targeted for later this year. We'll publish a full operations announcement here once everything's signed.
Built mobile-first
Every future member touchpoint, from onboarding and the ID card to triage and claims, is built for the devices Nigerians actually use. Web is for sponsors and HR; the member experience is mobile.
What we stand for
Five things covered properly
Swift Lite covers the five illnesses Nigerians actually get, not a 50-line schedule of things you will never claim. We add cover only as we can stand behind it.
You never front the cash
The bill goes to us, not to you at the counter. No paying upfront and chasing a refund, because that is exactly the moment cost makes people skip care.
Your health data is not for sale
We collect only what we need, store it encrypted, and never sell it. Nigeria's Data Protection Act treats health data as high-risk, and so do we.
We say where we actually are
We are pre-launch, and we say so. No invented member counts, no milestones that did not happen. When something goes live, you will read it here first.
What's ahead
An honest roadmap, updated as things land.
Pre-launch. NHIA-accredited. Provider network partnerships being negotiated in Lagos. Kin by Swift open for diaspora sign-ups at getswift.health/kin.
Targeted first-pilot launch in Lagos for individuals, families and corporate clients. Diaspora plans (Kin) follow shortly after.
Network expansion to Abuja and Port Harcourt. Mobile app rolls out alongside core member operations.
Nationwide coverage across Nigeria, additional Kin markets (India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Philippines) as demand justifies.
Building the Lagos pilot.
If you run a clinic, pharmacy or lab in Lagos, cover a team you would enrol, or want to help build Swift itself, we would like to hear from you.
