Terms of Service

The terms that apply when you create a Kin by Swift account or join a country waitlist. Plain English, no fine print.

1. What this site is

getswift.health/kin is the pre-launch site for Kin, operated by Swift Health Limited ("Swift"), a Health Maintenance Organisation accredited by Nigeria's National Health Insurance Authority (NHIA). Accreditation means Swift is authorised to operate as an HMO; it does not mean cover is on sale yet.

While Kin is pre-launch you cannot buy or activate health insurance here. What you can do is create an account and save the family you want to cover in Nigeria, or register interest on a waitlist for countries we haven't launched in, so we can email you when enrolment opens for your family's country.

2. No commitment, no payment

Creating an account or joining a waitlist costs nothing and commits you to nothing. You are not buying a policy, agreeing to buy a policy, or authorising any future payment, and no payment details are collected while Kin is pre-launch. When Kin opens for enrolment in your country we'll email you, and you decide then whether to activate cover.

If you do later activate cover, a separate set of policy terms (the Member Terms of Service) will apply at that point. Those terms will be presented for your explicit consent before any payment is taken.

3. Accurate information

Please give us accurate details, whether on your account or a waitlist form. We rely on what you submit to estimate demand by country and to pre-populate future enrolment. Knowingly submitting false information may mean we can't honour any pre-launch promises (e.g. early-bird pricing) at the point you try to enrol.

4. Pricing and plans may change

Indicative prices shown on this site (e.g. "£11 a month in the UK, or $14 in the US") are pre-launch estimates based on our current cost modelling. Final pricing, plan structure, and coverage inclusions will be confirmed when each market opens for enrolment. We'll be transparent about any changes in the launch email.

Launch timing for each market depends on regulatory approvals and provider network deals. Stated timing (e.g. "late 2026 for Lagos") is our current best estimate, not a contractual commitment.

5. Use of the site

You agree not to:

  • Create an account or submit a form on behalf of someone else without their permission.
  • Share your sign-in details or let someone else operate your account as you.
  • Submit obviously false or spam data.
  • Attempt to access, probe, or scan the site's underlying systems beyond normal browsing.
  • Use any automated tool to create accounts or submit forms en masse.

We may block IPs, delete records, or report serious abuse to relevant authorities.

6. We may pause, change, or close pre-launch signup

We may update copy, change the forms, pause new signups for specific markets, or shut a waitlist down entirely at any time without notice. If we close a waitlist before launching in your country, we'll email everyone affected and delete their signup records. If we ever have to close pre-launch accounts, we'll do the same: email you first, then delete your data.

7. Communications

By creating an account or joining a waitlist you consent to receive: (a) an account-verification or waitlist-confirmation email immediately, (b) occasional launch-progress updates, and (c) the enrolment-opens email when Kin reaches your market. We don't send anything else, no marketing offers, no third-party content. Every update email contains an unsubscribe link.

8. Liability

This site provides information about a planned product. It does not provide health insurance cover, medical advice, or any financial product. Swift accepts no liability for actions you take in reliance on pre-launch information on this site.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

If you're a UK or EU resident, this choice of law doesn't override consumer-protection rights you have under your local law.
