How it works
Three steps from you to their clinic visit.

Pick a plan
Choose who you'd like covered in Bangladesh and the level of care that fits your budget.
- 02
They get enrolled
Each family member gets a digital ID card over SMS and WhatsApp, to show at any Swift clinic.
- 03
You stay in the loop
The dashboard is built to show you every visit and prescription, so nobody has to text you asking for money.
What's covered
Built around what Bangladeshi families really need.

Dengue
Rapid diagnostics and supportive care during seasonal outbreaks.
Chest infections
Coughs, chest infections and acute respiratory illness, managed start to finish.
Stomach bugs
Gastroenteritis: oral rehydration, anti-diarrhoeals and follow-up review.
Minor injuries
Cuts, burns, sprains. Same-day care at any clinic in the network.
Emergency care
Genuine emergencies covered from day one.
Indicative cover only. Kin Bangladesh is coming soon, so the final scope, limits and exclusions will be confirmed when we open enrolment in Bangladesh.
Pricing
Indicative: around $10 a month per family member, paid in your currency.
Pay monthly or annually in your own currency. We absorb the foreign exchange. Change who you cover, or pause cover entirely, whenever you need to. Two weeks' notice on the bigger changes, none on the smaller ones.
Launch month will be confirmed in this space the day provider deals close in Dhaka.
Why this pricing works for families abroad
- You pay in USD, GBP, EUR or CAD with no hidden FX margin.
- Premiums reflect Bangladeshi healthcare costs, not Western ones.
- Small flat copays at the clinic, pharmacy and lab, capped so a visit never breaks the bank.
- One sponsor can cover parents, siblings and children on a single account.
Built for trust
IDRA
Plans will operate under the Insurance Development & Regulatory Authority of Bangladesh.
Data
Family data is encrypted, processed within Bangladesh, and never sold or shared.
Network
Cover will run through vetted clinics, hospitals and pharmacies across Dhaka, Chittagong and Sylhet.
FAQ
The questions families ask first.
When will Kin launch in Bangladesh?+
Soon. We're working through provider partnerships now. Everyone on this waitlist hears first the moment enrolment opens.
What happens during monsoon flooding if my family can't reach a clinic?+
We launch in Dhaka, Chittagong and Sylhet first, with rural network expansion built into the plan. Tell us your family's upazila in the notes box when you join the waitlist so we know where to expand next.
Do I need a local bank card in my family's country?+
No. You pay in your own currency (USD, GBP, EUR, CAD) with any major card, and Swift handles the conversion. Your family receives care priced in local currency, so nothing changes for them at the clinic.
Can I cover multiple family members on one account?+
Yes. Add as many as you'd like. Each person gets their own digital ID card and Swift bills you monthly or annually for the group.
When will I be charged?+
Not today. Joining the waitlist is free and never converts to a paid plan on its own. When enrolment opens for your country, we'll email you and you decide whether to activate cover.
What if my family member never needs to use it?+
That's the point of insurance: you only notice it when something goes wrong. You can pause or cancel any time before a renewal cycle, no fees.
