FAQ
The questions families ask first.
When will Kin launch in Pakistan?+
Soon. We're working through provider partnerships now. Everyone on this waitlist hears first the moment enrolment opens.
Will the cover work if my family lives in a village, not a city?+
At launch the network will be strongest in Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad, then Rawalpindi, Faisalabad and Multan. If your family lives outside the network, join the waitlist and tell us their city in the notes box so we know where to expand next.
Do I need a local bank card in my family's country?+
No. You pay in your own currency (USD, GBP, EUR, CAD) with any major card, and Swift handles the conversion. Your family receives care priced in local currency, so nothing changes for them at the clinic.
Can I cover multiple family members on one account?+
Yes. Add as many as you'd like. Each person gets their own digital ID card and Swift bills you monthly or annually for the group.
When will I be charged?+
Not today. Joining the waitlist is free and never converts to a paid plan on its own. When enrolment opens for your country, we'll email you and you decide whether to activate cover.
What if my family member never needs to use it?+
That's the point of insurance: you only notice it when something goes wrong. You can pause or cancel any time before a renewal cycle, no fees.
